    If you're looking for apartments in Houston, I recommend searching along or near by I10; most, if not all tanker terminals are along that highway. I've lived in Houston all my life so if you got questions in happy to help to the best of my ability.

    Don't know anything about Stevens tanker. Heard they do lots of oilfield work, but don't know for sure.
    There's a Flying-J and another truck stop at the TN/KY state line on I-65 where you can park and sneak home; lots of cheap places to live there.
