Yes all those things you said are true of the Article 894. My lawyer told me that the Article 894 is why I'm able to expunge this DUI as soon as the judge signs my paperwork saying I've finished my probation requirements which I have. The reason I was able to get an Article 894 is because I was considered a first time offender since I was not convicted last time. But I called Maverick and they told me I'd be good to go once the expungement is complete. So, so far all good news for me.
