Hopefully this will help real drivers who don't need a beeping every 20 seconds, and/or the truck deciding to dynamite the breaks whenever it wants. Going by pylons, people getting off the freeway, etc. It is actually a dangerous feature in our experience. If the truck slams on the breaks on ice it is game over. Go to the fuse box in the dash under the panel on the passenger side. Find fuse F65. Pull it. DONE. Real truckers who are doing their job don't need a computer running their lives.

Mine has 3 fueses to pull...but beyond 2019's at my company, disabling this stupid nanny system also disables the cruise(which also slows us down due to the split speed governor settings).

The other trick is to hold both the up and down arrows on the dash display as you start the truck. Cruise works, just have to turn it on-off-on.

I drove a Cascadia with the radar system on it for just over a week this past winter. Honestly had ZERO problems with it, I was actually suprised to be honest. Never beeped, never hammered the brakes. Not saying I liked the idea of it but never had an issue.

Must be an older Cascadia...mine doesn't have an on/off. It's always on.

Just go by the dealer and have it disabled.

2022s don't have up and down buttons on the dash.

Chances are, a company driver could be terminated for tampering with the safety features.

I had a student who kept accidentally disabling the aba features, I never figured out what he was doing wrong, but there is definitely a way without removing fuses.
