Fuel filter not replaced at service caused major damage.

    I'm confused about nothing. I'm saying 800 miles on top of 15,000 is nothing. Your fuel filter didn't magically go from being fine to plugged to the point the truck stalled in that 800 miles with no prior symptoms. Not unless you bought some real crappy fuel right after that PM.

    Members like @QUALITYTRUCK fix trucks like yours for a living. He knows what he's talking about.

    Those pumps are prone to fail I have a guy lease to me that runs for those trucks they’ve already been through all four pumps !!!
    Sorry but you’re barking up the wrong tree with a clogged fuel filter thing , also you should’ve checked to make sure they did everything you wanted done before you left the shop !!!

    Did you actually ask to get the fuel filter replaced? We only service/ replace the filters that the customer requests.
    A clogged fuel filter will not cause that kind of damage.
    Failed gear pumps are common enough to not raise any suspicion.
