Go for it and congratulations. Better money isn't always the be-all and say-all. While another driver claims to have made more at TMC, TMC is not a one-size-fits-all carrier. For example, there are many drivers, several on this forum, who are not and were not comfortable with the manner in which some (not all) trainers, management and bosses at TMC exhibit a militant approach to some employees. Several on here have expressed concern about ex-military guys yelling at new hires if they didn't pick something up fast enough or the way they thought they should. While TMC is a good fit for some, it's not for everyone.

Sounds like ya' done good. Stay the course. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I thought the same thing when I read it. My papa drove 40 years OTR and just passed away so I don't have him for the advice like I used to. I'm carrying on the family tradition and doing what I've always wanted

Awesome. Sorry about your father. He'd be proud. There's all kinds of advice on here, some good, some bad, take it all with a grain of salt. Godspeed.
