Getting your PrePass unit to stay on windshield.

    Try calling PrePass and ask for more of the good velcro. I don't remember if it was PrePass or Bestpass, but I did that one time and they sent me quite a bit.

    The advertisement shows you can pull the tape in a certain direction, sideways, and it comes right off with no residue left behind.

    what ever you use. clean the window and then use rubbing alcohol.

    image.jpg i use the white clear 3m lock and dont have any issues. every now and then i push on the box just to help keep sticking

    The 3M velcro is available at Home Depot, Menards, and T/A shops. I’ve seen it at all three.

    The double sided gorilla looks appealing. Might stop in at Lowe's before they close tonight.
    As for cleaning the goo off, I might have to look into some concentrated, alcohol wipes and soak the area in it. Lots of "failed glue" in that same spot where I wanted it to go.
