Made it down to Green River, Utah tonight. Got some lamb chops marinating for some late night grilling. No luck on a 900 for this Denton, TX load so delivering it on Monday and then picking up a load at the yard heading to Valdosta, GA. Haven't done that load before but figured it would be a nice out and back run in lieu of waiting around for them to find me a load home. Probably going to be at least 40 days out until I get back home, not quite 48Packard territory but it is definitely time as I am starting to feel pretty worn down.

Well this marks my 365th day at Poly. In that time I have ran 132,025 miles. Not too shabby. Should be right at 13K for September.

I believe they sent another Poly driver in for that load but if it was a FL was very likely me.

Majestic. whats been your home time for the year with your mileage. A few years ago I used to run between 140-145000 miles per year on a 11 days on, 3 days off schedule, plus two weeks vacation. Don't want to work that hard anymore. Be safe.

That number is 308 days out 57 days home. I don't want to run that hard any more myself and don't plan on it this upcoming year.

Well still no love on a load heading home. Picked up in Macon, GA and taking it to Pasadena, TX for an early Friday delivery and then hopefully rolling up to GP from Pol-Tex with a load and then picking up a 6 stopper ending in Michigan. Really the first time I have had a problem getting something headed to the house. Making money but I really need some down time. The old Volvo is running really well. They replaced the turbo and I see a big difference on her get up and go.

Made delivery in San Antone Monday, & after a four hour wait for backhaul to call I went to Pol-Tex to pick up coming back to GP. I worked on the clock Tuesday doing two shuttle runs. Then took a load to Houston, which I'm delivering right now in Dallas. Once done here I'm taking time off till the 15th. Later

Ok so what happened to Super Snack Bar?? You guys running him so hard he doesnt have the time to tell us how it is going so far???

For JD, I went to work part time for Pro Drivers in San Antonio. I did not want full time work for awhile. So far they are keeping me as busy as I want to be, I am hoping to keep it that way.

Majestyk, in re: to the duct tape...bwaaaaaaaaaa lol, too funny dude. As for me, I'm on my way to the house. Home time regularly for a couple months if possible, new addition to the mix, I have a 2+1/2 month old GS Puppy. It's gonna be a big one, has a husky mix. I want to make sure she knows me. I do not want to be a midnight meal for her 6 months from now.
