Yeah it all still works, I'm halfway done with my leg to southern Illinois now. Just irritated, feel like I can't catch a break. Got some good runs though after this Ohio delivery
About how long does it take to become lease operator with Schneider, if you are already a company driver with them. From start to finish. This includes contacting a recruiter
I LOVE THE NOT WEST COAST!! Just pre-planned myself for the rest of the pay period. I'll run about 2800mi on $4350 total revenue for an avg $1.55/mi!! I'll hit my goal income for the first time! These darn PA tolls are gonna take a decent chunk out but it feels good to know I can actually run profitably. And I start Monday afternoon just outside Indy so not a bad place for freight either
I will definitely make sure of that, I'm as innocent a victim as anyone. Tape is surprisingly holding it's own, hasn't fallen off or peeled at all in the rain or snow. Had a feeling getting the super ultra mega sticky gorilla tape was gonna come in handy for more than fixing a couple things around the house!
They can hate if they want, I'm out here making my money, that's what matters to me. Freaking traffic this weekend is horrible. Guess everyone from NY and DC is going to Grandma's house in Florida for Christmas.. I'm still on schedule but traffic delayed me an hour. Been a trying week. Got delayed 3 days ago for 7hrs at a "drop and hook" cause shipper was a day behind. Next day, pickup appt was at 11am, got there and they said 1pm, but didn't have me ready until 6pm, also a "drop and hook". Then the day after, the shipper on my current load delayed me 5hrs because the plant down the street didn't send enough product over. I arrived an hour early to this live load appt but something still went wrong. Meanwhile, no word yet on the insurance but I'm hoping they'll get back to me soon with good news, I shouldn't have to pay a deductible on an accident that wasn't my fault.
