I was put oos for the same reason when I was with swift. I was in Atlanta at the time, I live in Texas. I called Texas dmv n they temporarily upgraded my license back to a cdl, long enough to get me bacc to Texas. I think it only lasted like 3-4 days
The odd thing is if I verify my medical status on ADOTs website with my license number and birthday, it shows my medical is valid, with the expiration date that's on my current medical. The only thing I didn't do is send ADOT a copy.
call Az dmv tomorrow when they open. go from there. far as I know it should be lifted as soon as its entered....
Thank you guys sincerely for the advice. I'll be sure to call ADOT tomorrow when I land in San Diego. If they say my medical is invalid then I'll fax them my current one and get my CDL reinstated. If they say it's valid then I'll do the same anyway. I'll also probably contact a lawyer regarding my Illinois citation, seeing as if ADOT states my medical is clean and clear, then IL wrote me a citation for which I'm not guilty of. Possible computer error? Citing officer seemed to be fumbling on his laptop while I was sitting shotgun in the cruiser with him
here in ohio we have to self-certify they call it. we go to a bmv location or registrar and let them get a copy , pay three bucks and check a couple boxes on a form.
