Doing a 10 at the Loves in Roscoe IL. Gonna roll ASAP after my 10 to get thru Chicago and down onto I-65S before the Mad Max commuters hit the freeways.

Dropped my Costco early in Minneapolis to get the jump on my Malt-O-Meal to South Carolina. Glad I did too cuz 10 mins after I docked my load and pulled the mty out another Swifty showed up with his, but no mty left for him to take. Felt sorry for him but the early birds get the worms and I rolled on out for Northfield to get my next load.

I was on the opposite end of that scenario ... Costco just live unloaded me.

The Mt. Vernon TA in IL.

I picked up at Kellogg's yesterday, it was SUPPOSED to be preloaded.
It turned into a 5 hour live load, which was fun.

I had a nice 600 mile day today with 100 to go for an 0830 live unload in Misery.
Then I head 130 miles for a pickup at P&G that delivers the next day in OK.

The second pplan they sent me had me going to UT on Monday for a 0500 live unload, but I turned it down because it didn't include a t-call in Denver for my home time this weekend.
I haven't been taken off the load yet, and I'm wondering if they'll get a CLUE!!! to just resend it with a preplanned t-call.

I would venture to say, NO. Considering the time of day, dealing now with night ECT

    Maybe not.
Then they will have to get another driver to take the load, and find me a new one for my home time.

Because from OK, I am not taking another load that does not get me there.
Add to that, I have a B-service that needs to be done ASAP. A trip to Denver can accomplish both goals in both our time frames.

Doing a 10 at a Loves in Corbin KY on I-75.

CSR approved my dropping this load in SC a day early since I'll be there in the morning instead of Saturday. Improves my chances of getting something back out on a Friday vs Saturday.

Found out today I'm back to Platinum status again. Took 10 weeks. Was missing access to mac30 and the mileage bonuses. Had made platinum after my first six months with Swift and stayed there up until this past June when I took a couple of months leave for a family issue. Was told I'd be reinstated at same ranking upon return but that ended up not being the case.

Yesterday I ran vampire from West Virginia to Jacksonville to make a delivery at noon. During the night I got a load offer, having us wait 8 hours for a live load and go 350 miles and wait another 4-6 hours for a "can't be early" live unload. I replied on Qualcomm, "Is this the best use of a 747 team? Is it getting us in position for a long haul? "

The only response I got was confirming it was a load with firm appointments. I waited until the load was pulled and sent Mac-30, with no load offers.

Then I got the same inappropriate load offer. I ignored it. Then I sent a couple more Mac-30's with no load offers.

My plan was to wait until my DM arrived to work and see if he could work some magic. With 4 minutes to his start time I got a load stack. We picked up a live load in Jacksonville and delivered early a.m. in Pensacola. Now we are getting a live load headed to Saint Helens, OR. Finally a multi-day run!
