Got a snag looking for my first driving job.

I talked to one very experienced driver who cannot find work. After talking to him for awhile, I found out why. He hasn't driven for a few years & refuses to go to a refresher course. He won't accept that times have changed & it's not the same as a few years ago. Several companies want to hire him, but he won't follow the new rules.

One hour on the computer doing online applications & your application is automatically sent to hundreds of companies. Oh, can't do that, we didn't do it that way when I started!!!! OK, stay unemployed!!
