    That is not what this score means. It means 35.4% of carriers in the same Safety Event Grouping scored better. Many carriers, including mine, Walmart Transportation, show a 0% and are not included in any Safety Event Grouping for controlled substances/alcohol. Any decent safety department would not view a 35.4% for controlled substances/alcohol as something to be proud of.
