3000 hours and I've never bought a battery for my Tripac. I wonder how many batteries you will go through in 3000 hours with that thing?

I have GREEN APU brand on one of my trucks , only thing i dislike is the vibration compared to thermoking brand . Didn't use too long to give feedback on issues though

It’s not battery operated, do a little research before posting ignorance.

Whoa there Bucky, I thought it was at first when the sales dweeb called me up to sell me one a few months back.

the website is cheesy while the claims are valid but at $11k plus, I had a hard time justifying the cost over a used apu at a third of the cost.

What is different is the use of aluminum for the packaging.

I have two of them being tested and don’t find much difference, a little higher fuel consumption because it is a three cylinder (overkill to me) and a little more vibration but the drivers don’t notice it.

The only advantage I see if the engine craps out, a reefer shop can repair them.

Watch the video on YouTube. It explains the differences vs. Other apus.

I worked for a company in the past that had them on their trucks (not sure if anything changed with units, it was 2015-16). They weren’t very reliable, often stopped working and needed service, and in over 100 degrees weather you had to run the trucks anyways because they were just blowing warm air.

From that experience I would never buy one for myself.

We have one truck equipped with it. Not RELIABLE!! The unit is very low hours because it never works correctly. Unit goes to Lemont all the time its an electrical nightmare. And it vibrates the truck like crazy,
