H2S meter and your Gas Mask

Im confused at what company you work for that has not educated you about this deadly stuff..if they don't you need to...its serious..

 

meaters go off at a pretty low level, when i worked in the oil feid mine went off many of times and im still alive. if its going off but you don't smell it, your in trouble. but treat every site as if it has h2s gas regardless of if your meter goes off.

 

Mine goes off at 10ppm.
