Amtrack these days usually cost more than flying but taking the train rocks. Food car smoking car nice seats and awesome views.

Yeah but with my team-training, at least it'll only be ONE stinky, unsavory stranger. :biggrin_25520:

All i can tell you is 10 days ago i took the greyhound from bowling green,KY to Pittsburgh,PA for a Schneider orientation .it last about 11 hours with two stops (Cincinnati and Columbus) and it was the worst experience i had in my life .buses are old ,drivers and staff are rude .and you see creepy people on it...same thing other trainees with me in class said .so all i am saying is ask prime if you can rent a car and reimburse you for it or get a plane ticket and pay the difference .best of luck .

Train totally ruled over greydog. Amtrak from stl to dallas pretty good price. Greydog lincoln ne to stl actually longer what took me less then 5 hours to drive took 23 hours by bus. Got to see parts of iowa that i could have lived without ever seeing

with Amtrak the closest you might get would be ( please don't quite me on it) Warrensburg MO (north if Springmo on hwy 13) because Springmo doesn't have an Amtrak station. You would have to take the Dirtydog or rent a car from there.
