No Mack that was what threw me off, i've heard that they make you take a refresher if you have been out of it 3 years or longer. When she didn't mention a refresher course i asked her how long is orientation and she said 3 days and i asked her what happens after that and she said you go to work and i asked her by myself and she said yes. She said that she feels anyone with at least 6 months experience is expected to know the job and i told her ya but what about the guys that have been out of it for years, that's like studying for a history test and taking it 3 years later lol. We will see what happens, i'm still waiting for her to either say "you need a refresher" or when i get there someone says "you need a refresher", if they pay for it that's fine by me, if i have to pay for it well then i guess i get back on the bus i just came off of because i cant front that money

Hey Greesywheel who did you talk to at Schneider? I am looking toward them for a refresh course. I've been out for longer than 3 years also.
