Blue Parrot works well. They don't hear your stereo, window down or normal truck sounds. B250-XT.

    +1

I have had mine for about 4 years I think and it still holds a charge well and works great. I use it in the truck and also when operating heavy equipment and everyone can hear me just fine and I can hear them.

I would not recommend any device that takes away from one of your senses to drive safely. Think about how many items could fail on the truck or cause problems.

Mine's nothing fancy, but it works well, is affordable, and I've "sold" five other people on it. Taotronics TT-BH02, about $25 on Amazon. It will hold a charge for up to a week, even if I talk a couple hours a night, is very lightweight and compact compared to either the Road King or Blue Parrot.

A lot of people swear by blue Parrott they work really well I just don't like the headset style it doesn't allow me to wear my cap/hard hat comfortably I've had really good luck from my 30 dollar straight talk blue tooth it rests on your ears after a day or so you won't even realize your wearing it just my 02 cents oh yeah if your hell bent on the headset kind spend the extra 30 and get blue parrot I had a cobra it wasn't worth a dam

Yeah you might have a dud. My 250 XT plus has been flawless. Thinking of getting the new 350 XT
