Thanks for that, Witching. It's been noted many times that every company has fits and misfits; what works for one employee can be a nightmare for another. As for my experience with Navajo, the passage of time has afforded the benefit of relieving the emotional effects, and allowing calmer reflection. I'm not bitter; I've moved on and also look forward to the final resolution. I don't want blood, I'd appreciate if the company would just simply do the right thing.
The bottom line is that we all have the ability to get out what we put into all put experiences, including our choices of employment.
I wish you well and continued satisfaction with Navajo.

Victor has been banned? I hadn't realized that. That's a bummer. Yes, he was a gallant advocate, and I truly believe that a good part of his interest was in trying to better the industry for all of us. I'll have to find him a shout. Thanks for the fyi!

Maybe they bounce around from one bad company to another because they are told to go to those companies instead of getting all of their endorsements and finding something that requires more skill and responsibility then being an OTR driver that does nothing but haul dry vans which requires the least amount of skill and has the least amount of responsibility which means it pays less then everything else.

In my opinion Navajo isn't a bad company, but people just don't try to improve by getting all the endorsements and moving up the pay scale. They just slide sideways Arnold to Henderson to blah, blah same old, same old.

My attorney and I agreed to wait until OSHA finishes their investigation, anticipating that we'll then have a stronger case. The statute of limitations on my claim is two years, 12/4/15, but can't imagine it will take that long. I hope not!

As for my driving career, that has been on ice but am hitting the road again at the end of the month! Yay!! I am truly excited. Who is the lucky (ha) company? Well, Sir, I'm tell ya. I contacted Arnold last month and as I reported in my earlier threads, they did not fire me (they had no reason), and I was invited back for Orientation. I haven't called them yet, but I am actually starting with Henderson out of IL on the 29th instead. I'm very excited about this company, and just know my trainer will not strand me hundreds of miles from home with empty pockets!

I look forward to reconnecting with You'all, and hope this post finds you all healthy and safe!
