I wasn't expecting to haul triple trailers with hazardous materials, obviously. I was just thinking it would show my versatility, which makes sense to me. If this industry doesn't look at things like that, and only cares about the endorsements relavent to what I'm shipping, point taken.

So I need to get into a reputable trucking course in the state of PA. Does anybody have any suggestions?sammycat Thanks this. -
I am seriously looking at Northampton Community College in Tobyhanna, PA.

They are PTDI certified, which appears to be the best way to select a compentent trucking school. Any comments?
If I go forward with this, I would start on June 21st. -
I went to two trucking schools, one that was commercial, and one a technical collage. The college one was waaaaaay better.
AfterShock Thanks this. -
I was also looking at Trucker Driver Institute, which costs $5k. What's appealing about them is the course is only 3 weeks. But I thought about it, and I had to wonder what exactly could be missing from the course since Northampton is a 6 week course AND PTDI certified (or accredited) or whatever.AfterShock Thanks this.
