For a VERY short time O/O, and one that just started pulling flatbed as one, he does for sure bud.
"My first step to improve your operation......". Coming from someone leased onto a mega carrier, that cannot negotiate rates etc. Amazing in my book, but I'll leave it alone before the "report" button gets wore out again.

Who says I can't negotiate rates? Just because I'm leased on doesn't mean I never negotiate. And who cares if i do or not. TMC isn't a mega carrier. If im making 2+per mile I'm running a successful business. Who are you to tell me I cant recommend a solution for others.

I only wore out the report button when you quoted me saying something i didn't say. For the record, you had nothing to contribute to the OP's problem and just posted here to follow me around. Stop posting in threads i am just to piss me off. If you want to contribute, then give the OP advice, but dont just post to make fun of me.

Because I learn quick and make a bucket load on money. Who cares if i have 30 years experience? My net profit is as high as many of those guys. I may not run my business the same way they do, but im nearly as successful.

though that may be true, having your own authority means you are getting 100% not 65, 75, or 90%

so though you are making money, you could be making more if you had your own authority and trailer
