140/80 is fine. In fact a lot of people in my orientation with the company I drive for had around that amount and are driving now. One guy who got sent home for it had 180/100. He was still able to come back a week later though after being put on meds. I have high blood pressure which I control with meds.
If its over 140/90 you can still get a one yr card without meds look it up on the fmsca website I think it can be as high as 159/100 or something like that. Drink orange juice, lots of potassium, exercise advil and youll be good.to.go. Ask the recuirter if a one yr card is ok if all else fails

I got this now...
There is a high reading that allows you to get a 3 month card. I believe it's 149/100, but not sure. If you do go that route, the DOC will give you meds to bring it down and you'll have to come back in 3 months. Lisinoprol is allowed while driving. Get a handle on this BEFORE you head out to Mo.
