JB hunt recruiting flat out told me they would hire me when they wouldnt. One of their recruiters was going to set me up to get to the hotel a day earlier than normal if i wanted, so i could relax in the pool. LOL.
My CRST recruiter was honest. Plus, he did a pretty thorough background check before sending me to orientation. I know not all of them are that good. Luck of the draw.
I honestly didnt ask my recruiter anything, I knew what I was getting in to, the pay and everything else is out there, just do a little research. All I used my "recruiter" for was to find out what I needed to bring as far as documents and to get my bus tickets BTW I will never ride a bus again, find alternate transportation!!!!!!!!!!! I never felt so much like I was on the lower rung of society than that trip
