look up big deal in the dictionary and you see a picture of New Jersey...hope your lawyer is allowed to practice in NJ, the get a bit picky about that too.....

DWI/DUI is a huge revenue source for a lot of NJ

We are not talking about DWI/DUI

Almost certain he is good to go in all 50. Specialist in Commercial transportation. Just hops in his plane.

You sound like a politician spending mega bucks that may exceed the incoming revenue stream; I'd bet he charges extra for dealing with New Jermany....

open container, refuse to test all are automatic DWI

Remember, this is the guy that got fired from the milk processing plant for smoking, after being warned that smoking is prohibited at the plant.

You also need to know the laws of the state you are in. In NJ, having an open container in any motor vehicle is illegal. I also noted Cali is the same. Would not surprise me if most states are that way. There are more vehicle laws out there than FMCSA you know.

This is why I posted federal regulations, then stated your exact point.

But missing the point that the state can exceed the federal regulations and can suspend privileges' within their boarders and they do send it home too so it ends up on your home MVR...I cannot hire a guy with a DUI unless it is over 5 years old...insurance rules...trumps the best lawyer sometimes.

Am I getting thru Boy, Hello. I agree, I have stated that twice.

Yet again we were not discussing dui/dwi.
