newbee22, I've been with 'em altogether 4 years, and I've had a couple of really screwed up full hand unloads, one a full trailer of tires going to a new costco, and one full trailer of insulation going to some manufactured house place in California, can't remember where for sure. They really sucked, but they don't happen often, so I'm sure you may be one of the lucky ones who never has to do one.
