how can I get a new fleet manager?

That does not help him now bro. What company. Seems like there is a lot of bouncing around. I wish we could fix some of the problems so people would feel respected and get paid and not treated like third class citizens from the shopper and receivers. Ugh. It's crazy

 

As a company driver with a SPRI FM, I was having issues last year and in talking with him I could change to a new FM at anytime.
I did not change, but as far as I am aware a company driver can seek a new FM

 

and that 1400 rpm thing is BS
sounds like he is busting your balls for no reason

 

if your FM cannot help you ask him who is his boss and go up the chain of command

 

I rather not jump ship not yet anyway, I got hired by freymiller and can go to orientation any Tuesday but they only pay 39 cents. I know I can get hired by pretty much anyone also.

I still won't give up on Prime just yet, they still have potential for my plans.

I'm almost thinking or leasing next time I get to springmo so I can get a new fm. I was planning on leasing when I became a trainer but we'll see

 

Go Lease young man, Go Lease. Although some of the FM's can be an issue on that side as well. If you like to train and run hard, ask for Jack......in Springfield......
