    Did you put the little _ between brian and hines, as in brian_hines. It's hard to see.

    It would help very much if you would give more detail. Does your truck run local, regional, over the road? Do you run a dry van, or what kind of trailer? Do you deliver a product the company you are leased to makes or distributes, or do you pick up and deliver freight for the companies freight customers? Where do you get your fuel, at the company or on the road?

    Does your driver not turn in copies of freight bills, or a daily/weekly manifest to you, which tells each delivery, fuel purchased, total miles for that day or week, and all expenses for the truck.

    This information is very important as to what your answers will be. I get the feeling you not only mis-trust the company, but your driver as well.
