Working out on the road is possible but challenging. I can get by with dumbells only and have a way to do chins/pullups on the back of the tractor. Pushups in the truck for chest work get me me by until home on the weekends for reset and can go to the gym. Daily routine allows me to stop for my break and workout and then shower at the truck stop. I am trying to do more cardio (running and jump rope) given the sedentary nature of driving to avoid gaining weight but diet is the key. Bottom line is you have to limit calories or you will gain weight driving no matter how much working out you do.

If I were I would look for a local gig because what you asking now I'm not gonna say its impossible however these shopping center where the gym might be located most of they are not a friendly truck places . it would hard to find a parking with 65 to 73 feet monster.

I remember I used to work out nearly every day so I had this same question when I was new. I remember still trying to workout hard during my hometime. I find myself working out less and less over the years. I still occasionally do bicep curls but not the full workout like I used to where I had hard abs.

Just do flatbed and you will be driving a mobile gym. You don't see fat flatbed drivers.

Go to work for United Van Lines
    Allied van lines
    Mayflower
They move household contents. The drivers stay in hotels.

You can also go to work in Food Service such as Sysco

You can bring anything into the truck you can fit or buy. If working out is important, and working out for some is weights and some its cardio, bring it with you.
