How do you find dispatcher?

    I have been an O/0 for many years and many Companies.Before the Computer and Internet were around. Go out to the farm country and get a job. You wil llearn how to drive lots of diferent equipment. If you are morecthe ofice type person, find a broker to work for

    My dispatcher make setups with the brokers and RC/POD only. I do the invoicing by myself. I do all permits and safety also.
    Some Dispath companies do it all (for extra money) or you can find somebody to do the permits.
    For me is more important that he find the best possible load for maximum $$$.

    Just apply for your authority. You get 50+ calls from people looking to become your dispatcher. Here’s a hint though. Dispatching is the easiest part of this job though……….
