How do you guys drive over 200 miles without a break?

    Im like a super human robot, set the cruise at 75 and never stop till destination....

    For me, I can last as long as I am in the driver's seat. Once I get out of that seat I may make it to the drives before it is coming, like it or not... LOL The longer the drive the closer the restroom needs to be.

    Newbie here and you get use to it. For me "just sitting" for the eleven hours was the hard part. But you do adapt.

    Key points (as mentioned above)
    - prepare, take a piss before you leave.
    - manage intake, more drink more piss
    - keep a piss pot handy, Arizona Tea bottles
    - planned stops/stretches, break up the day

    It seems my routine is: good prep before start of day... A fast break, if needed, after 3-4 hours of driving... 5-10 minutes max... Then take my 30 around hour 7/8... Then finish the last three hours strong.

    Work your way up to it... It will happen.

    They should have floor drains built into these trucks it would make things a lot easier.
