How long to get hired?

    They run it all through a computer screening software program first before a human ever sees it. He has to make it through the computer screening first of course, then if he does that humans can be contacted lol.

    You did it right by going in and talking to them ftf. Always better to try that. It may take a few hours to a few days for all the paperwork to get done . all the phone calls to made etc.....if you haven't heard a word in a week or so , then either go back and try talking with them again or give the HR person a call.

    A couple weeks up to a few months.
    Depending on how desperate they are .
    My boss canned a recruiter because they couldn't keep his trucks filled fast enough.
