    Spot on there Rollin. That's why 3.50 a mile doesn't excite me and won't get the key turned. And it's not gouging, it's simple basic economics. Charge as much as the market will bear.

    I've tried running Christmas. Got stuck sitting in Atlanta when it snowed and decided that was the last time I needed to be around holiday drivers.

    not just yet. My load got screwed up. Was supposed to go down by Miami, 175 mile bounce back to the house and could of spent Sunday at home. After getting loaded and strapped down I saw the bills had a different city on them. It's out near fort Walton beach. 506 miles from home. Called the agent, he screwed up. But he is making good on it with some more money to cover my bounce home. But you can bet a pitcher of margaritas will be ready for me when I back in the drive way.

    I might do a short hal next week 200mi. but my family flying in and it would be stupid for me to go on the road. there is a time to work a time to eat a time to sleep a time for war a time for peace a time for harwest a time for joy a time ................................................ screw it.
