If I'm going to work 70+ hours per week, I need to be paid more than pennies. My time is valuable, and anything over 40-50 hours comes at a premium.

If it don't pay a premium, I don't work the extra hours. And it is nice. Haven't worked more than 40-50 hours/week in years.

How does it work if they pay a premium for the first 40 or 50 hours?
    Stay in bed?

If they pay a premium for the 1st 40-50 hours, great...but they've gotta up their game even more for the extra hours or I stay home.

In order to keep the ELD from forcing you back to drive, either make sure you don't exceed 5 mph while pulling up in line or falsify it by putting yourself on Personal Conveyance. Of course the whole time you were in the line should have been on duty not driving/ between moving forward. So much for doing during your 10 hour break...
