yelling translates to conversation is monologue not a dialogue...myself, I promote the awareness that I'm hanging up the phone before I hang up...(feel the gravity of words).

O/O, why r u working with these people.

REALLY BOB!!!! I have worked and owned other businesses as well and let me tell you the tough guy act always gets your money and you know it just like I do. So take your broker bull crap somewhere else, you and others like you are the reason the sheeple are bending over for guys like you. I have over 4000 broker customers and will tell you that not a one of them would dare not pay up. They are quite afraid of the Wall of Shame that we have at the Independent Carrier Group. Nothing and I mean Nothing puts a broker out of business faster then others finding out that they are slow pay, cheap pay, or don't pay. Honorable brokers and honorable carriers work with one another and communicate with one another in every step of the business. Honorable brokers and carriers understand that we all have to make money to survive. I thought you were one of the honorable ones BOB until you started acting like being a tough guy does not work. JUST ASK Too Quirky Losers about messing with me and my company. The sooner those jokers leave our industry the better. (HaHa got to get another plug in on them, thanks Bobo for the opportunity).

    Welecome to life!
Bible says be prudent in business.
Keep it business like. politely explain. If they keep on I usually repeat myself three or four times until they get it.... when you respond unprofessionally it might give them the feeling it is okay about the way they were acting.
