Double clutch in school like they tell you, pay no attention to what an experienced driver tells you about floating, until you get on your own. Then you will learn it. Honestly they should let you, but those are the rules and laws to getting your license...so learn it there way, then the right way after school.

Been in the oil patch too...but that makes no difference. Also been almost 2, but it doesn't let you put 1 year and 11 months on there, so it just says 1 year. Either way, I am right...with your 32 years experience, I highly doubt your out there double clutching all day View attachment 39507 View attachment 39507

Sort of...but more of, do what the person giving you your license says to do...Then do whatever you want to.

Just grab the shifter and move it around like your stirring something in a mixing bowl. It will fall in somewhere. :tard:

Once you get used to a 13 spd, you'll hate going back to a 10 (or 9).

I beg to differ...More trouble than what it's worth OTR, but good for real heavy loads where you stop and start a lot. Personal opinion though, I'm sure others will disagree.
