Remember most of us real truckers have a woman in every town so we always are eating home cooking. Just remember to keep a list or only fool around with women who have the same name.

Pretty much anything in a can or a box.
I like the noodles cause you can get creative with them by adding different cans of vegetables.
I always keep PB&J on the truck. Quick sandwich on the go.
The more you have in containers, cans or cartons, the easier it is to get creative since almost all foods can be nuked nowadays.

I would buy 2 boxes of Clif builder bars from the pharmacy section in Wal-Mart. Lots of flavors to choose from and a complete source of protein. Just make sure you don't let them sit in the truck while it's too hot or they get a bit sticky. For vitamins I'd bring a box of cereal that's fortified with 100% recommended daily value, like multi-grain Cheerios, Special-K, Smart Start, or Total. For A and C I'd bring a 20 pack of V8. Tortillas and canned beans can make filler meals. I would bring along Madras lentils as well as quinoa and brown rice meals from Costco. A couple cans of Amy's chili and microwaveable mac and cheese for some variety. All of these fit up on the top bunk with no problem and should last a good 2 weeks.

And remember to keep plenty of water and non perishable grub on the truck in case you get stranded in 10 feet of snow you dont want to have to snare wild animals to survive. lol

I've been fortunate in my BP so far, as a teen into my mid 20September I ran about 118/68 for a high and more common was 110/60. Now in my early 30s I average about 120/64

I'll probably go on a diet when i go out with my trainer. If i go to Roehl it's only about 2 weeks on the road with a trainer. I don't want to eat anything that will cause stomach issues or extra toilet runs I'll save that for when i'm on my own lol
