How to get a CDL out of license state?

contact the state of NY to see what they require, every state and situation is differnet. When I got mine, there was a guy in the class from Utah, he got his Utah permit before coming to Colorado, did his classes and went back to Utah to get his license with his testing paperwork in hand. If CR Englands school is an approved school, then they shouldn't require any other testing to be done, you'll have all your paperwork need to get your license in hand.

 

Why don't you contact CRE and ask them what the process is and what you will have to do? With the amount of out of state students, I'm sure they've got it in a nutshell.
