How to obtain DAC report?

it will only be on dac if the company subcribes to dac and reports it. (hire right). From what i understand Psp and csa are still plugging along. The only difference is most of csa isnt avalable for public view.

 

In practice though more drivers then not get their UA results posted on DAC. There is a move inside the FMCSA to create a database for drug testing results for EVERYBODY and the MRO's will be the ones reporting to it. There was a posting with a link about this a few weeks ago, I am just too lazy to research and find it.
