I would love to know how they fit the diesel nozzle into the hole for an unleaded gasoline nozzle. Crow bar and hammer maybe??

I should have made my remarks more clear. I was NOT talking about POVs. I was talking about CMVs that use gasoline. Their fuel inlets are not small.

Crazy but all my personal vehicles are gas. My company service truck is diesel. Never once in over 6 years have I confused the 2. Just gotta pay attention lol.

It's been close to 6 years since I was last at a fuel pump. Not much use in fueling vehicles when I can't drive. I can't be 100% sure about this, but I want to remember seeing some diesel nozzles that were very small. It's not important to this discussion, but once they took leaded gasoline off the market I think they dropped that rule.

Going to be a hard one as the handle is green or yellow for a reason......best reminder is the 1000$....sooner or later your wallet will remind you to double check the nozzle handle your holding...lol. ;)

I’ve seen them at Truck and Trailer Dealerships and at some Truckstops.

With all due respect, I doubt a label is going to solve this problem. Honestly, if you can't make a clear mental note to stop whatever you are doing and pay 100% attention to the task at hand, a label is not going to stop you. I'm stumped, I have no idea how you can solve this.

The Diesel pumps are smaller, at most regular stations. A lot of Truckstops have a small one for Cars and Pick ups. Usually the closes pump to the fuel Desk. Usually it’s only 1 of the 2 in that lane.

The first time i drove a truck with def, i fueled the truck then dropped my trailer on the fuel island and bobtailed over to the car side & filled filled my def tank with premium. I was so proud of myself for figuring out how to fill up the gas tank for the apu. I was like they should explain this stuff in orientation.

For some reason my boss wasn’t as impressed and he fired me.

Lmao, yes this is a joke:)
