I can't defend Jb for letting this happen to you. Why can't you see the load board? There is some snafu that is affecting you personally. As an ic you can't afford this nonsense! Take the bull by the horns! Raise Cain! Tear up the phone lines and get some action. What you are experiencing is not..repeat not normal.

Indeed.....them truck payments don't stop. One of the most important lessons you'll ever learn is that NO ONE IS GOING TO HOLD YOUR HAND!! It's all on you now, driver

UturnGirl, I did... to a point. Like I told the last lady I talked to, I shouldn't have to go further up the chain to get something done. It should have been taken care of early. She agreed. I got tired of waiting on those college-educated idgits to do anything. Tuesday, I'm scheduled to pull into Louisville and get them to pull the Peoplenet out along with the stickers coming off. Then I'll bobtail over to Mercer and start my orientaion Wednesday morning.
I checked myDrive app last night before deleteing it off the phone. Still nothing resolved.. and that's after I had talked to 3 seperate dept.'s that supposedly could resolve the IT/technical issues Candice blamed it all on last Tuesday. The funny(I guess) part about all this crap is that other guys in my class have already completed 3 to 4 runs while I waited on a blasted empty. None have the same CC as I do...well did.

Understood. Before even trying to buy a truck, I made sure I had 5-6 months of operating expenses- truck payments included- set back just in case. So I'm not worried so much. I'm saying adios to JB and moving on where I won't have to compete with company asset's/drivers for loads.
As fot the holding hands part, I don't expect them to. I do expect to get the issue solved in a speedy amount of time... and without me having to hound them constantly. They didn't so s***w them.

If you did everything you should and could..moving to another company makes sense. A week sitting is ridiculous.
I've been thinking about your deal all day. I guess you resolved it. tell em Bye Felicia! Good luck at Mercer.

Are you originally from Alabama? I ask because I knew a hand that went by Moondawg here in Mississippi.
