Been pretty slow up here in the PNW. Lots of drivers that came here during the pandemic era where getting unbelievably amount of miles for a new driver are now crying cause they barely getting any miles. Money was good at the beginning and off course life style changed now it’s hard to keep up.

You know that’s BS.
IMHO this one didn’t really require our involvement because from what I saw the tempers didn’t seem to flare and nothing degenerated into name calling. A member’s union status or otherwise has nothing to do with it.Gearjammin' Penguin, xlsdraw, Old_n_gray and 4 others Thank this. -

No I really don’t know that’s BS. If you look at his original post referencing that because he was a Teamster, his pension was being subsidized by the govt. Then when the Teamster mentions that he was not in Central States he made some other derogatory comment. Do I care what a former FredEx Freight TM turned 12 year Schneider driver thinks about Teamsters, no. But I will comment on it when I see BS. I might even like the guy and his posts some of the time but that doesn’t mean I can’t call out some stupid post he makes.Last edited: May 9, 2023
Old_n_gray and LtlAnonymous Thank this. -
I suggest you appoint someone like @LtlAnonymous to be your Union Staff Member. He is very knowledgeable and non confrontational. He was a Non Union Schneider Driver before becoming a Teamster and generally an all around good guy! I won’t hold my breath, but you just never know.
Lumper Humper and LtlAnonymous Thank this. -
I think all non-union drivers should be euthanized. (I'm joking)Lumper Humper, Old_n_gray, Opus and 1 other person Thank this.

I do enjoy that business after business gets bailed out, and the ONE time the working class got bailed out, it's "welfare."
With all the tax incentives, tax breaks, and general groveling the government does to keep businesses from going overseas, I pretty much GUARANTEE ain't one of us getting a check that hasn't been paid for in part by corporate "welfare."
So you called it the one thing as opposed to the other. Big deal. -
And you aren’t even part of that pension that got bailed out! Say it ain’t so.LtlAnonymous Thanks this.

I applied to be in it. Just to piss everyone off. GIVE ME WELFARE.Lumper Humper, Old_n_gray and Banker Thank this.
