I think it's just gona be a whole bunch of Rain.
Maybe the evacuations will make all the traffic coming out as I'm going in.

I'm not sure how this personel carrier can float? It does have reall big tires but it weighs approx. 35 thousand pounds.

Even more reason the government shouldn't be involved in any mandatory evacuation decisions or assistance. Natural selection and Darwin awards for those that choose to live in a risky area but can't survive without assistance. :)

@transampete - My broker thinks I'll be OK delivering in Chestertown, MD on Monday morning at 8am. What's your take on the flooding situation there for tomorrow?

I'm planning to leave Wilmington in about an hour to head up that way. Thinking about staying with a friend in Manassas until the morning, not sure I want to be on the other side of the bridge overnight.

*edit - never mind - topo map says 65' ASL where I'm delivering. Should be OK unless there's a tsunami. Getting out might be a different story.

I hate Barnegat inlet pretty treacherous for a pleasure seeker or amateur angler.

We use to go camping on the other side of the ferry in Lewes, DE. You could see Cape May on a clear day. Indian River Inlet was pretty treacherous too. I use to get the willies going out of it. But the sea trout and flounder fishing was great. One time our power pack went out with an approaching storm and we were getting sucked back into the rocks. The Coast Guard was even scared to come out the inlet. We anchored down and had to wait like two hours until the worst past and then they come out and towed us back in. The front of the boat was getting swamped with waves and it was a ride for sure.
