It's 30 days in utah also.
I never reported em. Just hired a lawyer and let him do his thing. Most of the times they ended up being nothing to report. Just paid the fine and moved on with my life.
Companies WILL eventually find out though, when their insurance pulls up drivers records to keep current.

Should have slowed down when you realized you were hydroplaning (and no, unless you were going significantly faster than the speed limit, you would have had at least some warning). If you weren't paying attention to what the car was telling you, you kind of deserve the citation, sorry.

Since he works for a Mega, he might want to check his company handbook. The companies requirements might vary from the law.

A charge/ticket, is not a conviction. Even in Texas.
OP keep your mouth shut and fight the hell out of it. Until you’ve been convicted, nothing will show on your DMV report. -
Report it now and you might get fired.
Cop a plea and Don’t say anything you might get fired.
Bottom line if they want to keep you you won’t get fired otherwise they will fire you for something so why hand them the gun? -
