That's seems like terrible, terrible company to drive for.Swift drivers must feel pretty stupid when they drive for instance in ND?

Swift treats overspeed like you're going 100 mph they want drivers to remain 62 mph at all times why not govern the trks at 57 then they'll for sure get their wish.if swift really needed the drivers they would change tbeir policy. Once upon a time swift was set at 65 and no over speed warnings.

From the many posts on them they're worse then swift.I would be asking the recruiter what strict policies they have and what kind of warnings are there if you brake a policy.recruiters sure won't volunteer any info.

Companies also get cheaper insurance rates by having the trucks governed to a slower speed. Especially training companies.

That makes since and understandable.they may get cheaper insurance for cameras as well.but warning and firing drivers for a few miles over speed is in my opinion over the top considering the trucks are already slower then molasses.
