parked at the house. not a happy camper

9 days out of 10 this is a great place to work but when they #### things up, they #### it up in a big way.

wife was supposed to go out with me next week. last week before winter cutoff and we can't take riders again till spring. told the cube farm all week she's going and I can't leave sunday because her ex doesn't get the kids until sunday evening.

remind them again during the week and today. after a week of piss poor planning and bs they send me home today with my worst week this year with only 2650 and planned out sunday to Atlanta for an 1800 drop. call them and inquire and told that's what I've got. remind them of the plans for next week that they've known over a week about and they act like I'm the only ####ing driver they have in NC. ask to get the load changed to something going monday because it's not like I haven't been telling them for a week what the plans were. was told that's it they need me to go sunday. my response to her probably is going to earn me a reprimand in my file next week.

so, after planning for 3 weeks so that she can go, dog sitter lined up, kids taken care of and her volunteer work covered at the church for the week, no wife with me next week unless she really pulls a rabbit out of the hat in the next 24hrs. it isn't going to happen.

I just hope to hell one of them asks me for a favor next week. I really do.

you just never know about Atlanta traffic around 1800 do you?

could very easily be many things going on around Atlanta that time of day and in that part of town that would be out of my control
