I didn't say there wasn't a lack of parking. I said where are you going to put more parking? I Said it gets a bad rap but there is an adequate amount with more shippers/receivers who allow parking.

Yeah. Detroit has several cross roads named _ Mile Road. At least 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 then it seems to stop at Maple. What would be 16 is Big Beaver ..... :biggrin_2551: ...... sometimes I prefer smaller streets myself .... :biggrin_25524:

Yet another advantage of the private fleet gig.

This is the first night this week we've parked at a truckstop. All the DCs have full facilities and the company stores/warehouses we have access to them.

Just the oddball mom and pop places like I'm delivering in the morning we don't have that kind of access but I could have parked there.

It's taken a big stress off the plate since I've been here and not had to worry so much about where I'm going to park unless they just blow the planning.

Are you at a Zaxby's or a Cain's by chance ? I've never been to either one.

Ok, then. I take it back. There's nothing remotely pragmatic about you. :biggrin_25522: ........
