I appreciate that Ms Rock, I haven't had quite as hard a life as some of you all have had but I learn quite a bit by observation...

Then again, while I'm not entirely sure what the qualifications are, I've been told I've got a very old soul.

Nah. That's not boring. Admittedly I only have one ex story to tell...but that's fine with me.

There's a few things my better half and I will need to work out prior to sealing the deal, but I can't share them.

What's next is just picking yourself up, dusting your knees off and show her what she missed out on. While I hate the saying, there are plenty of of their fish in the sea.

Just use some different bait. :p

Well I'll be...you might be the youngest then. Unless you were born in Jan or feb. I'd have you beat by a month then.

    March of 88.

    ...that's animal cruelty...plain and simple.

Good to hear someone else thinks that... I play along with this new version of Christmas because I love to see smiles on the faces of those I care about.

I'd be just as happy not celebrating Christmas as a time for gift giving anyways. I'll take the food and companionship that's supposed to be with it.

I'm hoping that's something my better half and I can instill into our eventual kids... Though she's not as extreme as me about it, I say no presents at all. She's not in agreement but thinks that we should gift needed stuff like sock and so on.

Her logic is, "that's what used to be gifted when gifting started and helps establish a sense of real value."

    I don't disagree...

I HATE THE RADIO THIS TIME OF YEAR!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

The things you wished weren't true right?

    I know the feeling.

    Desperation and dispair.

...if it's just desperation then it doesn't trigger anything.

I've been lucky so far. Although birds have absolutely loved the passenger side of my windshield this year.... They've all hit up top right about where the glass ends and meets the seal.

Sorry for all the lumped in quotes. I know that irritates some of you.
