    It definitely takes time... and discipline... from shopping to preparing, cooking, cleaning up and putting everything away, etc, etc... but to me the benefits are PRICELESS...:yes2557:

    Nothing fresh food.
    I just cooked some beef stew to take on the road with me.
    It will heat up nicely in my pot.

    That's right... no wonder I don't have much time to hang out at the forum (unless on days like this Holiday weekend)... no time to watch a movie or TV... (which I am not interested anyway)... always do my cooking after my driving shift... Now that I got the slow cooker to use with the power inverter, will do some great bean soups while driving... :yes2557:

    I make a lot of stuff to go on the road with me.
    I buy soup from this Thai place down the road.:)
    Nice guy lets me buy a gallon or so.
    I only take 2 servings with me at a time though,must have discipline!:D

    Both of my grandmas are pushing up flowers. I would be open to adopting an abuela that could make a good pork tamale. Shoot, she could even move in.
