Load to Memphis got cancelled due to not enough freight. They gave us one to Groveport, OH. Picking up at 4pm a load to East Granby, CT. Was telling a friend just the other day how I hate driving in Connecticut. Sigh !

@peterbilt_2005, hang in there. That GoFund account will hopefully get donations from other charitable people. :)

But in my defense, aside from having to do an inframe 3 weeks after I bought it, it's actually been pretty good.

But in my defense (#2), I really would like to get a C12, and experiment

ACERT was CATs approach to the first round of EPA emission rules... the stuff that everyone else patched together in EGR valves. The difference is ACERT is built inside the engine... many folks report dissatisfaction with the way these engines operate. It soured CAT from continuing in the heavy truck engine market... that right there should tell you something about these machines. Caveat emptor...

My 05' twin turbo Acert C15 has 1.1 mill on it. No problems. 06' were the problem children. Rocker arm shafts/studs were known to give out. CAT offered upgrade to solve such issues. Valve actuators also were a bit finicky. @Oscar the KW has good amount of experience and input on the subject.

I called GLS this morning. They now only do chemicals. After True North bought the shell stations, they brought in Klemm. GLS wouldn't work $13/hr cheaper, so they got out of it.
