I'm surprised that you aren't fired.

Forget trying to start your own business, you need driving lessons.

Lolol something distracted you while in the middle of a turn which caused you to hit a hydrant?! Were you busy watching Netflix movie on your phone??

Remember this simple rule that I live by. If you don’t know what’s around you 100% at all times, do not move the truck. It’s really that simple. If you’re making a turn, backing in somewhere and you’re not sure if you’re clear, the truck doesn’t move. The four wheelers will get over there a little dizzy fits. Get out and look. I literally say that out loud to myself. And while I usually don’t have to get out and look anymore I still will. I’ll even do it making a turn late at night if I can’t see the corner.

I try to keep a level state of mind on these posts, and I don't want to admonish the OP in any way, be like a doctor laughing at you after describing a serious problem, they are asking for help,, but what we have here, is a serious problem. Here we have someone, who clearly shouldn't be in a semi, and they want to jump ahead and start their own business? In TRUCKING?? I hate to be rude, but this person is clearly having an issue with the size of the vehicle. What could possibly be distracting them, they should be focused on where their trailer tires are, but no, that's just not an excuse, and the company, 4 "incidents" in 7 months,,,that's okay? See, there's no consequence, and with companies so strapped for drivers, people feel they can do this, and no problem, well, it IS a problem, and with drivers like this up and coming, may G-d have mercy on our souls,,,Lumber company in Texas might be looking for a driver,,,what,,,too soon?

Apparently, he’s having trouble remembering the trailer. Has to be the most feared person in the truck stop parking lot.

It’s not what is distracting, it’s WHY.

    >>NOT Intended To Be Offensive!!<<

Some People are not cut out to be Truck Drivers.
Some People know before starting, Some discover soon enough.

Trucking Is Not Always An Employment Solution.

EVERYTIME BACKING, GET OUT AND LOOK!!
