The selling of drugs is bad enough for a transportation company to not want you..the selling to a cop makes it tad worse, it denotes mental capacity...i dont think they even make it to the fact whether you crossed state lines, or did it on a moped..

Plus, your a no exp driver too...

You really think I am mentally deficient? What you said didn't even make much sense...I question your mental capacity - I think it is low.

I'm not offended, I'm just making the point that you don't have to be stupid to sell drugs to the police - they are very sneaky.

You're on probation for 5 years you probably can't leave the state. Try when you get off of it

That's exactly what trafficking is its moving drugs lol. Possession is possession if you have more then what they consider personal amount then they might add in possession with intent to deliver.

I guess we should change our tune on felons and start passing out cookies to them. Like the other poster said your mental mindset is not right if you are out committing crimes so why would a trucking company trust you with a tractor trailer worth 6 figures with 6 figures of merchandise in it? In my view there are no shortage of non felons to fill jobs no real need to take a risk with a felon.

You'll be hard pressed to find an OTR carrier, and likely your parole officer wouldn't be to keen on you leaving the state all the time anyway... As stated above, get your cdl and run local. Decent money in concrete and aggregate hauling, and most states have programs to get you a cdl to help you find gainful employment after prison time. The con stigma fades a bit more every year that passes from your conviction, so pick a career and stick to it.
